Orders received will be dispatched within 2 - 5 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of stock.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch the item as soon as it arrives.

All orders must be paid for in full before dispatch.

All sale items are non-refundable and final. Exchanges can be arranged within 7 days.

All UK orders to a value of £100 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class signed for at a charge of £4.50. For orders above £100, orders are sent free of charge by Royal Mail 1st Class signed for delivery.

Estimated UK delivery time for standard postage is 3 - 5 working days.

Expedited UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery will be charged at £7.50.

Estimated UK delivery time for expedited postage is 1-2 working days.

A delivery service is available to Europe. The standard delivery charge for orders to these countries is £15

Estimated delivery time from date of dispatch is 5-7 working days.

We deliver worldwide.  The standard delivery charge for orders to the rest of the world is £15 for all orders.

USA and Canada: Estimated delivery time from dispatch is 7-10 working days.

Asia and Australia: Estimated delivery time from dispatch is 7-10 working days

International orders are sent by Royal Mail or DHL which is recorded and trackable. Overseas deliveries are subject to all import duties and taxes.  These orders can also be subject to delay due to Customs & Excise examination for imported goods.Please note that it is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the the goods on all packages destined outside the European Union.  Wild & Fine can not be held liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed.
